Nice resort for a vacation. Food is good. More staffs are required. The play area for children is good. Overall a decent place for a family vacation. Their highlight is the campfire.

Sandalo Castle Resort truly exceeded my expectations. The amenities were top-notch, from the refreshing pool . The stunning views of the surrounding hills, coupled with the beautifully landscaped gardens, made for an unforgettable backdrop. The location is serene and offers a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. What stood out the most was the warm and friendly staffs they were attentive and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. If you're looking for a tranquil and luxurious getaway, this is the place to be."

One of the best places to experience the mighty Nilgiri Mountain Ranges (Western Ghats). Breathtaking views of green and lush tea gardens surrounding this property are just enough of a whole different experience. Every moment spent here is worth appreciating. Staff make sure to attend to every single need we have. 2nd time here already and glad to find that wifi has been upgraded. Thank you team Sandalo.

We were there few days back for 2 nights, totally worthy... service was Excellent, food was delecious, location fantastic, very huge swimming pool. A perfect resort for vacation. Fully reccommonded

This is located admist nature and it gives a beautiful scenic view. The stay was pleasant, and the housekeeping was top notch with clean rooms. I have just one request that they have to post it somewhere at the entrance that the property has small leeches. These aren't dangerous, but they do bite. It is good to be aware if there are kids on that property.

Usually when ,the staying is comfortable,the food and ambience won't meet the expectations.This is a place,where all three factors come in place to have a beautiful vacation.... Enjoyed, every moments of our leisure time... lovable to kids,in every way.

One of the best resort I have visited recently. The room was well equipped especially great pool. Very friendly staff who are always ready to help... everything was up to the mark.
